In 2004, at the request of an international federation, the current owner launched a new division to create the first-ever professional sports group in America and worldwide. She worked with various promoters and athletes to establish a professional system that set the standards for the sport. The owner is a passionate leader with excellent communication skills and a long history of successful management.

The owner oversees the daily operations of the company for both amateurs and professionals, including planning, selling, and executing events. She has built relationships with other organizations across the globe and has traveled to many countries as an ambassador for the sport.

The company has expanded significantly since 2001, with over 44 affiliates in the US and over 26 affiliates internationally.
